A place where high-performing women gather, tune inward, and leave feeling tapped in and connected to themselves and community.
"The hug you didn't know you needed."
— Courtney Davis
You pour into your boss, your team, your partner, your kids, your parents. You're aware of everyone else's needs but disconnected from your own. You're navigating life from strain, not strength. Your cup is empty.
You've read all the books. You know self-compassion matters. You've downloaded every meditation app. You're not looking for the "why"—you already know. You're looking for the "how" and the "with whom."
What if there was a place where you could just receive? Where you could be witnessed without having to perform? Where you could drop the masks and be fully human?
Women's Circles aren't about teaching frameworks or fixing problems. The space itself creates the change.
We hop on a video call from wherever we are—bedrooms, kitchens, cars, back porches. Real women in your corner, on your side.
With a short meditation, feeling into the presence of every woman on the call. Taking a pause from normal day. Grounding in breath.
Using a structured framework, no cross-talk, no interrupting, no fixing. One person shares, then invites the next. You can share, pass, or "pass for now."
Each other doing the brave work of tuning inward. Not performing insight. Not trying to sound wise. Just... noticing. Being human without labels.
With meditation and leave feeling connected—to ourselves and community. There's a magic that is shared knowing you're not alone.
You'll hear other women share the exact thought you had this morning. You'll realize you're not uniquely broken. You'll remember your own wisdom through the eyes of women who can see it clearly.
"There's a magic that happens when women don't just see your glow—they amplify it."
This is something different.
You're not broken. No diagnosis required. We don't treat or fix—we witness. This is for growth and transformation, not clinical treatment.
You don't need another framework. We don't teach steps—we create space for your own wisdom. The container IS the transformation.
This isn't transactional. Not about business strategy or networking—it's about being human. Whole-person connection, not professional only.

Real experiences from real women
"It really shifted my life into a new cycle of worthiness, receiving and connecting, with a handful of other ladies each of us authentic, and sharing openly and with realness, no masks up. It was so beautiful."
— Jenn Zuniga
"It was so lovely and I wished it didn't end!"
— Leahh Ralstonn
"Being able to pause and hold space to share with other women and witness each other's journey makes it even more impactful. Deep connection and conversation happens every time, with people I know and people I don't."
— Lauren Storm
"Keep doing the powerful work you are doing! I think it's important!"
— Sheri Stewart
"I haven't found spaces locally where women are openly talking about the inner work they are doing, and that work is really important to me. So I'm eager to be a part of a group where that is being talked about. Thank you for creating this space!"
— Rebekah Blakley
"There's something magnetic about whoever shows up. There's something that drew us together that is beyond us. We were all like-minded in some way... not in the same season per se, but in the same mindset. I don't really have a group of women that I hang out with on a consistent basis and holding space for other people allows you to process things yourself too."
— Cortney Davis
"Thank you so much for allowing me to join! It was definitely nice to be among other women and your questions were great. I appreciate how open and welcoming you were. There was a lot of wisdom among the women as well, and I really enjoyed that part."
— Carrie Loranger
Every Sunday, 60 minutes. Drop in once or come every week. Experience the magic before committing. No pressure, just presence.
Grounding meditation. Structured sharing. Witnessing and being witnessed. Leave feeling like you just exhaled for the first time in months.
Continue with free weekly circles or apply for a 3-month Core Circle to go deeper. Either way, you'll be supported on all fronts.
Come as you are. Leave with your cup filled.

Maggie Pounds is a yoga teacher who creates transformational containers for women to tune inward and trust their own wisdom.
After years of looking outside herself for validation, Maggie discovered the magic of gathering with women who prioritize inner work. Through yoga teacher training and facilitating circles, she learned that the container itself creates the transformation—not frameworks, not fixing, but witnessing and being witnessed.
Maggie brings:
Maggie's mission: Guide women back to themselves. Back to their inner voice. Back to their power.
We gather virtually, start with introductions, ground in a guided meditation, share using a structured framework (no cross-talk or interrupting), witness each other, and close with integration meditation. It's simple, intentional, and deeply connecting.
No. We're not diagnosing, treating, or fixing. If you're dealing with trauma or mental health concerns, we encourage working with a licensed therapist. Circles are for women doing inner work in community, not clinical treatment. You're not broken. You're human. And you're already whole.
No. I'm not teaching frameworks or giving you steps. The container itself creates the transformation. You already know what you need—we're creating space for you to remember.
Life happens. We encourage commitment but understand flexibility is needed. If you miss a session, you're still part of the circle. The biweekly cadence (vs. weekly) helps with this. For Core Circles, we ask that you commit to the 3 months even if you occasionally miss a session.
You can share, pass, or "pass for now" (come back later). There's no pressure. Many women feel more comfortable over time as trust builds. The structure prevents cross-talk and creates safety. One woman said, "Your welcoming presence made me feel comfortable sharing with strangers."
Most circles are either too casual (surface-level) or too structured (teaching frameworks). We balance structure with flow. Plus, my yoga teacher background means I know how to hold space, guide meditation, and help women drop into presence. Small groups (6-9 women) and biweekly cadence create intimacy and depth.
Absolutely! That's exactly what the free Sunday circles are for—experience the magic before committing to 3 months. Drop in once, or come every week. You'll get a real sense of what happens when women gather with intention.
Two 90-minute facilitated sessions per month (biweekly), opening and closing meditations, structured sharing framework, an intimate cohort of 6-9 women, and 3 months of consistent community. It's less than $3.25/day to fill your cup—less than a coffee.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Attend the first two sessions. If after the second session you don't feel this is the right fit, we'll refund your full payment—no questions asked. We want you to feel confident in your investment. Your transformation matters more than our revenue.
Virtual removes barriers—no commute, no childcare logistics. You can join from your bedroom, kitchen, car, or back porch. Many women find it easier to be vulnerable on video than in person. There's a paradoxical safety in the screen—you're seen, but also protected. Plus, we've had women from Texas, California, Canada, and Kansas City all in the same circle. That diversity wouldn't happen locally.
